Does Magnolia Reserve allow 6 Month Leases? -Unfortunately we do not lease out 6 month leases, but that doesn’t stop you from signing a 12 month lease today and eventually subleasing! Are we able Sublease? -Yes, We do allow subleasing! All we ask is for notification of wanting to sublease and for the resident to find someone to take up subleasing their current unit. What’s included? -Washer & Dryer in Unit, A Very spacious living room, bedroom and kitchen space. Water included in rent, Electricity cap $25 per bedroom, but the unit only has to pay the difference of overages.
